In Into the clouds, a mountain peak rises out of a sea of clouds, while Yuki looks down from above the frame. From up here the summit seems close and the climb already behind him. Yet what lies beneath the clouds, the slopes, the detours and the moments of doubt, is the part of the journey that brought him this far.
We often picture the top before we understand the way up. Into the clouds invites us to look down for a moment: not everything we have overcome is visible, but it is always there, carrying us.
